| 1 | Hire charges for Fabrication and erection of temporary sloped roof pandal using corrugated GI. Sheet. The pandal shall be made out of pipe truss of span upto 12.2mts. (40feet) supported with 150mm, dia GI. Pipe (Vertical support) at regular intervals of 6.10mts. (20 feet.). The GI sheets shall be fixed over the purlins of 65mm, dia GI. pipe at spacing not exceeding 1.50mts. with necessary hooks, bolt, nut and washers. The height of roof shall be 6.10mts. (20 feet.) at front and 4.00 mts. at rear having sufficient length. The bottom of the pandal (Ceiling) shall be neatly covered with cada cloth neatly decorated with colour papers and paper flowers as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The pandal shall be removed after the function is over, the pipe holes in the ground should be filled with earth/ sand as directed. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |

Pipe at spacing not exceeding 1.50mts. With necessary hooks, bolt, nut and washers. The inner face of the pandal shall be neatly covered with cada cloth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The enclosure shall be removed after the function is over. The rate is inclusive of all taxes |
| 4 | Hire charges for Providing country wood platform using 20mm, thick planks / ply wood on the existing steps/ floor firmly fixed to the casurina vertical posts of 60mm, dia at regular intervals connected by wooden rafters of size 10cmx10cm etc., complete. The platform shall be flat without any undulation on having firm base. The rate is inclusive of all taxes. |
| 5 | Hire charges for MS square tube barricading arrangements made out of 25mm MS square tube around vertical at 0.30m centre to centre and one horizontal to over all of size 2.00m x 1.20m and supported with 75 sqmm solid rod fixed in ground including bolts and nuts, the pipe holes should be filled up with suitable materials etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.The rate is inclusive of all taxes |
