| 6 | All the quoted rates will be deemed to include Duties, Taxes, Octroi, Royalty etc., cost of all plants, labour, supervision, materials, transport, all temporary works, erection, maintenance, utility identification, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, together with preparation of design and drawings, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contracts. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.4 & C2.5 of ITT & clause 10 of SCC. |
| 7 | If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item / Schedule of items, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected. |
| 8 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions. |

| 11 | Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of CE certified HVLS Fan single phase, 230V AC, motor rating max 0.5 kw, with gearless type Permanent magnet Synchronous Motor by Dead-Bolting Method (Using anti rust high grade fasteners & Plate) & securing with GI Guy Wires with PVC coating along with all related accessories & hardwares required for Installation including Cost of Scaffolding, Transportation, Labour and any minor civil work including Height arrangement for Installation of each HVLS Fan. Power cable shall be of FRLSZH,Copper Cable of suitable size from Fan control panel to Fan location. Warranty - 3 years for complete fan, 1 year for controller, 5 years for other parts, having below specification: i Fan should be of gearless technology with silent operation & zero maintenance feature. Sound Level at 100% Speed shall be <50dB measured at 3m directly below the fan. ii Power factor of the complete system should be > 0.95. iii The fan shall be equipped with minimum 5 numbers of blades with winglet, . The blades shall be of extruded aircraft grade aluminum alloy (as per IS: 8147: 1976, grade 6063 T6/6061 T6) with safety ring. iv Blades struts shall be made of 1020 Low carbon steel material as per ASTM A576: 2000 or aluminum material code 6061 as per IS 8147. The surface of blades shall be anodized/powder coated. Blade thickness should not be less than 2.5 mm . Blade should have a GI wire for antifall protection along with PVC coating connected to blade tip to the chasis frame. v The HVLS fan shall be equipped with a Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor (PMSM) having Class „F\\" insulation with IP rating IP-54 , designed for 110% of rated current. for low-speed high torque applications. vi System shall include a fan controller that shall be constructed using a factory programmed Variable Speed Drive (VSD)/controller. The VSD speed range of operation be from 25% to 100% for the system, with the actual minimum speed set as required to meet minimum ventilation and fan . Controller having overload and phase protection with over current/ over voltage/ over heat protection with 1.5mm thick powder coated cabinet, lockable with a dedicated key. vii The required CFM shall be minimum 85000 with RPM range 100 - 130 viii The Safety GI wire rope’s of minimum 4mm with PVC sleeve to ensures secure attachment for the Blade, Extension Tube, with Embedded wire ropes in the blades ix Primary and Secondary Safety Feature’s for anti fall protection of all components of the fan. a 8 Feet No. 18.0 127413.0 2293434.0 |
