| 1 | Mechanical/ Manual Sweeping, Cleaning, maintenance work as required in public Toilet blocks for cleaning of walls, floors, roofs, sanitary fittings and fixtures, European and Indian all water closets, urinals, wash basins, covered area, open area, doors, windows all types of fitting & fixtures to be scrubbed, disinfect & to be wet cleaned, removal of spider net on all working days with all material, T & P, machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. as required for the work by deploying required number of persons/ E.A. in all respect including brooming, sweeping, mopping and disinfection of floors including all required materials like wipers, brooms, kolchies, toiletries etc. all including and complete work. Removal of leaves, waste material, disposables and cleaning of roof top to be done once in a week & water tanks to be cleaned twice in a month including all required machinery, equipment, scaffolding, safety measures etc. all complete work. The public toilet usage is free of cost and same has to be displayed on toilet main entrance. The work also includes daily collection & disposal of garbage/waste to the designated dumping ground or MCD Dhalao all complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Providing services of Assistant Fitter / 2nd Class Fitter (Plumber) for day-to-day petty plumbing job for operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitary installations of Toilet Complex at PVC Market, Tikri Kalan including attending complaints of leakage, removal of blockages, repair of water supply lines, sanitary fittings, flushing cisterns, valves, taps, overhead water tanks, sewer lines and allied works complete as and when required and as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. |
| 3 | Note: 1 Minimum 2 no. E.A. (1 nos of female EA for ladies toilet and 1 nos of male EA for Gents toilet) per shift in Two shift (1st shift -6:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 2nd Shift- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) for public toilet is required to be engaged. Alternative arrangements shall be made by the agency at his own cost in case of manpower falling sick or found absent on duty. In case of non-compliance on this account a fine of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) per manpower will be imposed by the department & shall be recovered from the bill. 2 The Plumber as and when required, should be present from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Water and any other T&P required for operation & maintenance shall be arranged by the agency at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. 4 Liquid Phenyl mixed with water in recommended proportion shall be used for cleaning. 5 The urinals, water closet and toilets shall be cleaned thrice a day and wash basin, looking mirror once a day with cleaning agent of standard quality. 6 The urinal mat is to be changed twice in a month. 7 Nephthalene balls to be placed in urinals, Washbasin on every alternate day. 8 The contractor shall also remove blockage/chockages from the outlets of Urinals/Toilets, chocked line if any, shall be cleaned off at priority. 9 Swept materials/waste collected shall be disposed off daily in the designated dumping ground or nearby MCD Dhalao. 10 Rate is inclusive of all T&P such as Broom, kolchi, bamboo, kharpachi, wheel barrow etc. and shall be arranged by the contractor. 11 All the safety measures as required at site, to be followed. In case of any mishappening or accidents, the agency shall be responsible. All the safety materials/equipment to be used of standard quality. 12 All the materials as phenyl, disinfectant surface cleaner etc. used at site should be of standard quality. 13 All safety measures/precautions are to be taken while doing the work in the office complex. In case of any casuality, agency will be sole responsible.14 During execution of work if any challan is received in this office from NGT, MCD,DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be borne by the agency and if fails the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency.
