| 13 | Note-1.Sweeping brooming of Road and open area shall be done as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In case of deficiency or complaint, no amount shall be paid for that day or a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- per day shall be imposed for each instance/ absent/unsatisfactory work or if contractor fail to execute the work. Decision of Engeener-in-charge shall be final and binding. 2. Liquid Phenyl mixed with water in recommended proportion shall be used for cleaning.3. The urinals, water closet, toilets, wash basin, looking mirror shall be cleaned with cleaning agent of standard quality.4. All parking / open area shall be swept including cutting and removal of all rank vegetation, garbage, wastage material collected during cleaning operation all complete as per direction of Engeener-in-charge.5. Swept material/ waste collected shall be disposed off to the designated dumping ground or nearest MCD Dhallao.6. The contractor shall also remove chokages from the outlets of Urinals/Toilets, Chocked line if any upto the outside connection on priority.7. Rates are inclusive of all T&P and material such as broom, kolchi, bamboo kharpachi, wheel barrow, urinal screen mat, napthalene balls etc. and shall be arranged by the contractor.8. Responsibility of Location and permission for disposal of swept garbage/ Malba/Building waste or rubbish at nearby MCD dallao is of contractor itself. The agency should quote the rates accordingly.9.
