| 3 | Brooming, dusting, mopping & cleaning of library at Arambh Library situated at Sector-16B, Dwarka incuding floors with duster soaked in clean water daily,cleaning the tiles in toilets urinals with hydrochloric acid daily & daily washing of toilets wityh phenyl liquid including putting the napthalene balls in rinal & was basins sweeping the open area around the library buiding /parking , removal of vegation cleaning & desilting of open surface drains cleainin of chocked toilets /sewer drains to rectangular manhole incuding collecting & disposal of swept and waste materials ( food waste &vegetable waste ) generated after the booking (in case ) daily cleaning glasses of window & door frame and study tables & chairs etc . Complete as direction of engineer in charge . Rate is including material and T&P.Note:- 1. Toilet block should be clean daily and thrice in a day.2. The library complex including flooring, glasses of window door frame, study tables and chairs should be clean daily before 9:00 A.M. otherwise approved panelty Rs. 1000/- should be imposed. 3. If work is unsatisfactory / absent , the panelty Rs. 2000/- should be imposed. |
