Maximum 37% Of Work Will Be Awarded To L-1 Bidder. Work Of 33% Will Be Awarded To Next Bidders (L-2/L3/L4...Ln) Who Is Ready To Match The Rates Of L-1 Bidder. Further, Work Of 30% Will Be Awarded To Next Bidders (L-3/L4/L5...Ln) Who Is Ready To Match The Rates Of L-1 Bidder. Work Order More Than 37% Will Not Be Awarded To Any Bidder.If In Case Only One Party Gets Techno-Commercially Qualified, Only 37% Of Job Will Be Awarded To That Party.L-1 Will Get Group-2, L-2 Will Get Group-3, L-3 Will Get Group-4) And All Bidders Have To Match With Price Quoted By L-1).Building And Other Construction Workers (Bocw) Cess: Bocw Cess Shall Be Deducted From Each Bill Of Contractor. The Rate Of Bocw Cess Shall Be As Applicable. Currently Applicable Rate Of Bocw Cess Is @1%. The Contractors Quoted Price Must Consider The Said Bocw Cess And Any Other Expenditure Toward Compliance Of Rules And Regulations Of Bocw Cess.Contractor To Quote %, Below/Above In Figures And Words In Blank Column Separately For Each Item I.E.
