The contractor / Owner of tipper shall bear the expensive of P.O.L charges, repair of machineries. Any accident and other damages to private and Govt. property occur during the working hours is the whole responsibility of the contractor and debris disposal with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge with in all leads and lifts .
