Profiles of frames and sash will be meteredout and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fixing of hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangements for fixing of hardware, FPVC gasket, 1-1.5 mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be ixed to to the wall with 8 mm x100 mm long fastners, with 5 mm TOUGHENED BROWN REFLECTIVE GLASS. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over back errod of required size and approved quality etc. completed as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
