| 1 | M & L for attending emergant complaints by experienced refregeration machanic i.e. pertaining to Centre AC Plant / Packages Type AC plant/ VRF / Type AC plant of any Capacity including carry out minor repairs and identification of fault etc as required to system in order/functional complete all as specified and direted by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Major Spare parts will measured and paid seperately under relavent item, complaints as supply and fixing should be attended within 24 Hrs ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 3 | S&F for in replacement of existing unsv VLRP controller of chiller unit 15 to 36 TR cap testing, calibrating the functions with plant after replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 4 | M&L for servicing of pan type humidifier floor mounted/ installed at duct of capacity 6 /12 kW including cleaning of tank, checking of all inlet & outlet connection, checking and repair of all electrical control connections and making the pan type humidifier functional including replacement of heating elements of existing make & model, replacment of minor parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 5 | M&L for replacement of HP/LP cut out suitable for compressor (5 to 18 TR) of package/central type AC plant including cutting, brazing and leakage testing complete as required at site and testing after replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge |
| 6 | Supply & fixing PVC fills of cooling tower 5 TR to 200 TR as per OEM standard fixing secquance including cutting & filling the gaps so that the water of cooling tower spread equally includng refixing motor, pipe, sprinkler complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |

| 11 | M&L for cleaning of Y strainer & Pot strainer of central AC plant 65 to 250mm of Chiller line, condensor line by carefully opening the top & taking out the strainer and refixing after clening/wash out the line durt/sludge & replacment of defective nut,bolts, rubber gasket, dameged strainer as per existting size if required. After clening filling water in condenser/ chiller line by using additional pump, taking out the air in chiller & condensor line,complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 12 | M&L for taking out three way actuator valve 65mm to 125mm of chiller line & refiixing duly carry out its servicing , replacing its defective parts including checking the control wiring with humidistat and making setting to control the desired temp & RH complete as reqd at site and to maintain desired RH& Temp of central water cooled AC palnts up to 200 TR ,complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 13 | M& L for servicing of outdoor (condenser) unit of air cooled central/ Package type AC plant of 5.5 TR to 75 TR capacity by cleaning of fins by water jet of suitable pressure or cleaning by using chemical if reqd, including combing of fins by using fins comb to making straight the fins, checking electrical wiring, servicing, oiling of condenser motor, etc. complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
