| 1 | Taking down old unservicable rolling shutter motor of input power 1013 watt and rated load of 1000 kg from existing postion,carring out major/minor repair like replacement of u/s bearing, break, cap, limit switch, gear box, driver gear including rewinding of motor and installing testing and commissioning of the same at original position complete all as specified and as directed.Make of motor :- Jielong |
| 2 | M & L for repairing/servicing of electrically operated shutter operating mechanism at parking/storage areas of TP complex complete for both electrical as well as manual operation of the shutters, by checking/repairing of all the parts/systems, cleaning and tightening of all contacts & electrical connections, oiling/lubrication of the gears, bearing & chains etc, checking and properly tightening of all the hardwares, replacing worn out / rusted nuts/bolts/washers etc with new one, checking and setting the mountings for proper alignment and for smooth/trouble free opening/closing of the shutters, checking insulation value of the motor and testing the system for automatic (electric motor mode) and manual operation for trouble free opening and closing of the shutters complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | Maintenance of existing APFC panel and cleaning of dust inside the cabinet with blower,cleaning of moving parts/contacts from CT cleaner, tightening of loose parts/electrical wires, cleaning of contactors, relays and capacitors junction points,servicing/oiling to cooling fan,complete testing of APFC relay with necessary setting with CTs/load adjustments to match with APFC load management system complete with replacement of worn out u/s components/burnt wire thimbles/lugs complete tested of cap up to 375 KVAR for following :- |
| 4 | (i) Rate of minor parts/components for replacement shall be included in the unit rate quoted. |
| 5 | (ii) APFC Panel should be attended throughly and servicing shall be done to the full satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.The payment shall be made after complete testing of the AFPC panel. |
| 6 | (iii) Replacement of small nuts/screws,burnt copper wires/lugs or thimbles/cleaning materials or CTC shall not be paid separately, the cost of these are deemed to include the schedule item rate. |
| 7 | (iv) The Following parts should be of the same make and capacity of existing one if which is required to be replaced complete all as specified and directed as supply only :- |

| 13 | Servicing of ACBs by taking out Air circuit breakers of capacity 1250 to 1600 Amps from LT panels cleaning all parts internally and externally checking of the proper tension of the springs mechanical mechanism, tightening of connection of moving, fixed contact, floating contacts, servicing of motor, and charging system lubricating the operating/spring charging/tripping mechanism, cleaning contacts with fine emery paper and CTC and re-fixing it on its original position and testing including testing of control wiring of the respective ACBs complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Rate is deemed to include minor items i.e, jelly,grease,s/c copper cable upto 1.5 sqmm,screws & locking system. |
