Drivers licence of driver etc shall be obtained from the contractor and shall be kept in record duty verified. (iii) Details of entry and exit of Vehicle Mounted automatic sewage suction machine on site of work shall be maintained in a seperate register date wise and signed by contractor and JE concerned. (iv) If the cleaning of any septic Tank Soakage well is required more than once the same shall be carried out after obtaining written approval of Engineer-in-Charge indicating location of the septic Tank Soakage well and this fact is to be reflected in MB while recording the measurements . |
