| 1 | M&L for preparation of old decoreated external wall / internal wall/Ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible up to 8 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes.2. Material shall be procured from manufacturer and work shall be got executed through authorised applicator. Note rate quoted up to G+4 bldg including scaffolding |

| 4 | M&L for external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 3 storey bldg complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.Notes: items Nos 01 to 04 :- (1) The work shall be executed through authorised appplicatot of manufacturer only.(2) Authorised Applicator shall be approved by GE befor starting the work.(3) All materials shall be produced directly from manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Cgarge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Cgarge shall deface the original purchage vouchers.(4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water Proofingtreatment for a period of Eight years in favour of GE. A sum equivelent to 2.5% ( Two point five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor's dues as security deposite.
