Name of Work:- ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF SPORTS INFRASTRUCTURE AND CHILDRENS PARK AT INS HAMLA UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP
Sl. No. Item Description
1Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage & drainage system of INS Hamla area by cleaning of sewage line of diameter not exceeding 150 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm including blocked manholes by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked / decomposed sludge / dirt and other materials outside MD land in closed container including removing and refixing manhole covers without damaging, cleaning / removal of blockages in trap of kitchen, bath and WC, etc. complete all as and when required basis, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- (a) Sludge / decomposed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers.(b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c) One safaiwala and one mazdoor shall be detailed daily for INS Hamla and Nau Sena Baugh area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period. In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause.(d) In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month at INS Hamla area.
2Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.
3M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick for sub base in floor complete all as specified and direced.
4M & L for 75 mm thick cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor / sub base and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
5M & L in repairs for Chequered cement concrete tile 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for sand filling 50 mm under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation as required complete all as specified and directed.
7M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver blocks of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment with glossy finish and including removing the existing paver blocks and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
8Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, cornices, concrete coping etc on brick work complete all as specified and directed.
9M & L for brick work in sub class 'B' Bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
10M & L for Brick work with sub class \\"B\\" Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
11M & L for walling or random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.
12All as per item No. 10 above but except stones including removal of mortar, cleaning with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.Note : Old stone obtained under Item above shall be re-used under the subject items.
13Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrbbing down with water completed all as specified and directed.
14Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished with 5 mm thick plaster, both coats to be mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
15M & L for three coats of colour wash on new surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
16M & L for one coats of colour wash on old surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
17Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
18M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like slab etc complete all as specified and directed.
19M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for cover slab including necessary form work and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
20M & L for form work to sides & soffit of roof beams / top beams rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
21Supply and fixing TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips confirmed to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.
22Supply and fixing TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips confirmed to Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed.
23Demolition and breaking up 150 mm drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris including sludge if any outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
24Demolition and breaking up 200 mm drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris including sludge if any and side MD land complete all as specified and directed.
25Exavating in trenches in Hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, man holes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

29M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 200 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
30M & L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.
31M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes 150 mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.
32Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well raming in layer not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.
33Removing exavated material outside MD land exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km and depositing where directed complete as specified and directed.
34Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground on concrete, brick work, masonry etc and removing of demolished materials outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.
35M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping, lintel bands, hold fast, string courses, water troughs and the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating, necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
36Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
37Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
38M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and filling concrete for columns, fencing posts etc complete all as specified and directed.
39S & F mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing, framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed.
40S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.
41M & L for PVC coated chain link fencing, size not exceeding 40 mm x 40 mm. The dia of GI wire shall be 2.5 mm to 3 mm and thickness of PVC shall be 1 mm to 1.5 mm fixed to the posts complete all as specified and directed.
42M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
43Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm dia pipe and making good two pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 and finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

52M & L for restraining & resecuring of galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and fixing to any of standard rails straining bolts, includig securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

55S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, post or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality-B including distance pieces, cleats plate etc including required welding as per relevent IS complete all as specified and directed.
56S & F rolled mild steel work in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.
57M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
58M & L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
59S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
60M & L in repairs for 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
61M & L in repairs for 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
