Supply Of impeller and shaft assembly , impeller and shaft assembly for draw furnace in wheel shop as per rwf drg no. 702 2105 10 800. note: (1). item shall be supplied in assembled condition. (2). material test certificate from nabl accre dited laboratory shall follw the supply. (3). the supply shall be accompanied with a dynamic balancing certi ficate. (4). performance test as per is 4894 has to be done and test certificate shall be provided aling with supply. (5). the supplies shall be guaranteed for workmanship, quality and performance for a minimum per iod of 12 months from the date of fitment or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier. any fa lure during this period shall be on free replacement. (6). the impeller should be suitably packed to avoid da mage during transit. (7). the tenderer shall be a reputed blower manufacturer and shall furnish documenta ry evidence for being in the field of manufacturing blower. (8). documentary evidence for at least two rece nt supplies should be furnished. (9). the drawing is for general guidance only and the supplier shall ensure that the capacity of the fan mentioned in the drawing is achieved.
