The Rate Shall Include Leveling & Cleaning The Space Over Stacking & Also Including All Lead, Lift, Ascent/Descent, Handling-Rehandling Crossing Of Sand Dunes, Nallah, Stream, Track And All Other Obstructions With All Taxes, Royalty, Octroi Etc. And All Other Charges Including Making Approach Road Where Ever Required As A Complete Job And As Directed By Site Engineer. , - Loading Of Stone Ballast As Supplied Vide Item No. Ns-1 Into Railway Truck/Wagons Etc. As Directed By Site Engineer. This Will Including All Lead, Lift, Ascent/Descent, Handling Rehandling Crossing Of Nallah, Tracks Etc. And All Other Operation As A Complete Job At Ballast Depot Pipar Road Jn. Nothing Shall Be Paid Extra On Any Account.
