(2) bidders must enclose clause by clause compliances to the tendered technical specification s attachment at annexure-a, if not offer will not be considered. (3) warranty period shall be 03 years from the date of c ommissioning/ acceptance of the material. (4) warranty certificate shall be submitted along with the material in the na me of sse/cma/els/bza (5) firm shall quote any one make for the tendered description along with valid authorization, if vendor offers/bids for more than one make or if the firm mentions, as per tender in their bid(s), their offer will be sum marily rejected.
