| 2 | Complete Descaling , cleaning and servicing of Strainers installed at Air conditioning circuit of Convention centre Jammu . The job includes draining of all the water in the system and unfastening of all the bolts of the strainers, pulling out the wire filters and cleaning them with water and bristle brush to remove ail the mud and sludge. Then cleaning them with chemical to remove all traces of dirt. The strainer housing is also cleaned internally using water jet spray and cloth. Then putting back the filters in their original positions and replacing all the worn out rubber gaskets with new ones and fastening with new hexa bolts in the place of the old rusted ones. Then filling water in the system and checking for leakage. |
| 3 | Repairing of Butterfly valves No's (100 mm dia) fitted at the different locations of Plant room ,chiller Pipeline and AHU’s by way of draining of all the water from the system and then removing the insulation of the pipeline near the area of the butterfly valve, removing the rusted nuts and bolts by using gas cutter and removing the valve from its installed position and sending 12 No’s to workshop for repairing by replacing main parts ie handles and the discs, Stems and seals of the valves. The job also includes replacement of damaged 04 No’s Butterfly valves with new ones of same specifications.Then fitting back the valves on the pipelines with new nuts and boits. Then insulating the area with covering of thermocol and aluminium sheet. Then filling the pipelines with water and checking for leakage and operation of the valves |
| 4 | Descaling / cleaning the Chiller MS Pipelines Circuit By opening of the inlet and outlet of the chiller MS Pipeline and connecting them to tank filled with Descaling/cleaning chemical agent and circulating the chemical throughout the MS Pipelines circuit for 24 hours by closing the main inlet and outlet Butterfly valves and then draining the dirt sludge etc from different locations of draining points . Then whole of the chemical is drained and clean water is filled again and circulated in the complete system for some time and drained from different locations of draining points . Again chemical is filled and circulated in the MS Pipelines circuit and circulated for some time and drained, this process is repeated till clear water comes from all the draining points.
