Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Assistance In Day To Day Operation And Maintenance Of Dewatering Pumps Of North And South Quarries Of Neeljai Deep Ocm Wani Area In Back Shifts During Monsoon 2026 For A Period Of 150 Days - Assistance In Day- To-Day Operation And Maintenance Of De-Watering Pumps Of North And South Quarries Of Neeljay Deep Ocm By Inspection Of Each Pump On Pontoon, Checking Of Foundation Bolts And Tightening, Adjusting/ Tightening Of Gland Packing And Replacement Upto One Time Per Pump, Lubrication Of Pump Bearings Once Every 2 Hours Per Pump (Oil Lubricated), Or Greasing Upto One Time Per Pump (Grease Lubricated) , Opening Of Sluice Valve And Byepass Valve Of Nrv Located About 100 Mtr Away From The Pontoon For Priming, Opening Air Cock Of Pump For Priming Of Pump, Manual Priming Including Setting Foot Valve Seat Upto One Time Per Pump, Starting The Pump From The Starter Located About 100 Mtr Away From The Pontoon, Checking The Pump For Any Abnormal Noise/ Vibration Once Every 2 Hours And Attending To The Same, Tightening Of Hdpe Joints For Arresting Any Minor Leakages Upto 100 Mtr From Pump, Throttling Sluice Valve During Starting And Stopping Of Pump, Stopping The Pump From Starter Located 100 Mtr Away From Pontoon. Note : For The Abov Jobs, One No Skilled Manpower (Fitter) And One Semi-Skilled Manpower (Fitter Helper) Are To Be Engaged Per Pump Station Per Shift Of Operation. No Of Jobs = 150 Days X2 Shifts X 2 Stations = 600 Stations.
