| 1 | Disassembling the motor by way of disconnecting of the motor from stool, removing of cable connections, removal of bearing shields, housings, coupling, DE bearing etc. without using excessive force. The job shall be carried by employing suitable tools & tackles like bearing pullers, gas cutter etc for removal of press fit parts like coupling, bearings etc. Thereafter extraction of Rotor from Stator Capsule. Disassembling of rotor assembly in the stator capsule shall be carried out by employing highly skilled men conversant with the job without using excessive force |
| 2 | Providing and fitting of Slipring assembly for the HT motor. This process includes the careful extraction and removal of the existing unit, followed by precise dimensional measurement as per original specimen to ensure exact fitment. The scope includes dismantling of slipring assembly and all necessary mechanical adjustments, alignment checks, and final fitting to restore the motor to original operational specifications. |
| 3 | Complete disconnecting of both Cable Terminal box Checking for worn out thimbles, HT tapes, Bus bar-coupler, rubber and silica gel and replacement thereof if found damaged. Cleaning and removal of Moisture oil/water using multipurpose cleaning spray, replacement Lead terminals and thimbles. The Job includes crimping of thimbles after replacement of worn-out ones using suitable size Hydraulic crimping tool. |
| 4 | Reassembling of rotor assembly in the stator capsule without using excessive force including fitment of bearing, coupling, bearing housings on both sides. The job includes fitment of shields with allied works.
