Supply Of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of onboard kavach (hbl make) by the way of upgradation from version 3.2 to version 4.0 for 60 sets and camc for 70 sets , supply, installation, testing and commissioning of onboard kavach(hbl make) by the way of upgrada tion from version 3.2 to version 4.0 which includes hardware and software upgrades as per rdso specification rds o/spn/196/2020 version 4.0 (latest) and with following changes, i. dual gsm module (replaced with vgw module) ii . integrated data logger (idl) module (replaced with vgw module) iii. vital gateway module (vgw) (new module a dded) iv. relay interface box (biu) (replacement of internal & external harnesses) v. replacement and upgradation of hardware modules vi. firmware/software programming to version 4.0 vii. vital computer module. (firmware to be modified) viii. peripheral processing module. (firmware to be modified) ix. voter module. firmware to be modified r elay interface box (biu) - 1 no. (replacement of internal & external harnesses) x. mr, bc1 & bc2 sensors (additional sensors to be installed) xi. any up-dation, up-gradation, modification in software and hardware arising due to requir ement of latest version of rdso specification/guidelines/tans issued from time to time during the contract period, s hall be done by the contractor at his own cost with prior confirmation of the railway authority. xii. the additional int erface pneumatic fittings required for providing additional pressure sensors will be in scope of kavach supplier as p er icf reference drg.no.329-3-5-049 xiii. provision of space and mounting bracket for aerosol. xiv. protection cover arrangement for isolation switch xv. any other modification specific to a oem and but included for better performan ce/safety of the kavach system shall also be considered by oem for the current upgradation proposal. note: additi onal 2 years warranty will be applicable after up gradation from version 3.2 to version 4.0.
