2Flooring: Providing and laying 60 mm thick heavy-duty M40 grade interlocking concrete pavement blocks conforming to IS 15658 over a prepared subgrade with 75 mm thick compacted coarse sand bedding, including earth levelling, compaction, joint filling with fine sand, vibration using plate compactor, cutting of edge blocks wherever required, finishing, all materials, labour, tools and tackles, transportation, loading, unloading, and complete execution
3Benches: Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting work bench of size 6 ft × 4 ft × 2 ft made from 40 × 40 × 5 mm hot-dip galvanized iron (HDGI) L-angle sections with adequate cross bracing and supports, fitted with a 12 mm thick polished Kadapa stone top. The bench shall be mounted on four heavy-duty swivel castor wheels (two with locking brakes) and finished with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of GI-compatible synthetic enamel paint including materials, labour and all incidental charges
4Construction of an underground reinforced cement concrete rainwater storage sump tank of 20,000-litre capacity, including earthwork excavation, providing and laying 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), RCC M20 for base slab, side walls and cover slab, Fe-500 TMT reinforcement, centering and shuttering, waterproofing treatment, 20 mm thick internal cement plaster (1:4) with waterproofing compound, inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe arrangements, 600 mm diameter heavy-duty manhole cover with frame, backfilling, compaction, curing, testing for water tightness, transportation including materials, labour and all incidental charges
5Providing, supplying, erecting and commissioning a 5,000-litre capacity UV-stabilized three-layer PVC overhead water storage tank on the roof of an RCC building approximately 60 feet above ground level, including lifting, positioning, anchoring, inlet, outlet, overflow, washout arrangements, float valve, valves, and all accessories. The work shall also include providing and laying HDPE water supply pipelines from the overhead tank to the greenhouse at a distance of 120 feet and to the laboratory at a distance of 50 feet, including materials, labour and all incidental charges
6Supply, fabrication and erection of Rectangular UPVC Frame Enclosure of overall size 9 ft (L) × 4 ft (W) × 4 ft (H) fabricated from heavy-duty UPVC sections, enclosed on all four sides and top with corrosion-resistant aluminium wire mesh (60 × 60 mesh) securely fixed using PVC beading/fixing clips and stainless-steel screws. The enclosure shall be provided with one hinged access door complete with stainless-steel hinges, handle, tower bolt, locking arrangement, and all necessary fittings. The unit shall include four heavy-duty swivel castor wheels (two with locking brakes) for easy mobility including materials, labour and all incidental charges.
7Providing and fixing corrosion-resistant aluminium wire mesh (60 × 60 mesh, approximately 0.15 mm wire diameter) to the cooling pad openings and access doors of the greenhouse, including aluminium/PVC beading, fixing clips, stainless steel screws, rubber gasket where required, cutting, fitting, finishing, including materials, labour and all incidental charges.
8Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning a fully automatic high-pressure misting system for a greenhouse of size 9 m × 6 m, comprising a 1 HP high-pressure misting pump, stainless steel anti-drip misting nozzles, HDPE/PU piping network, pressure regulator, filters, solenoid valve, fully digital PLC-based control panel with 7-inch HMI touch screen, industrial temperature and humidity sensor (4–20 mA analog output), electrical control components, wiring, programming, testing, commissioning, transportation including materials, labour and all incidental charges Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
