Auction Sale Of Total Qty.= 01 No., Description: - Scrap And Unserviceable Masonry Structure Of Abandoned Old Pcmd Cao(Con) Building Including Damaged Ac Sheet Roofing & Abandoned Building Components Including Estimated Visible Quantities At Bilaspur With Total Plinth Area Of 229.15 Sq. Meters. Remarks - 1) Dismantling Of Old Pcmd Cao(Con) Building Will Be Done By The Purchaser At His Own Cost And Risk And Without Causing Any Loss To Any Railway Property. Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. 2) Any Loss Due To Theft, Accident Etc. Shall Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Purchaser And No Claim On This Account Will Be Entertained By The Railway. 3) Auction Components Do Not Include Chain Link, Barbed Wire Fencing, Tie Bar Panel, Pvc Doors And Asbestos Ceiling.
