| 1 | Design, fabrication, supply, installation ,testing and commissioning of Centrally/ Symetrical/ asymetrical Sliding type M.S.Trolly Gate by carrying out following fabrication works complete as required.The scope also includes supply of all material required. (Civil work is not included) The M.S material used shall be as per respective IS codes, ISI marked and as per the preferred makes.The gate shall have clear opening of 74 meter(approx) + 3 Mtr setback at opening end + 1.5 mtr set back at closing end. The height of gate shall be 2.80 Mtr (Height includes height of wheels, gate frame) + Concertina wire height not exceeding 450 mm of dia 4mm above gate frame. The setbacks shall be of suitable height required as per site conditions.The Horizontal Base Frame shall be made of MS hollow sections of Size 200mm x 100mm x 5mm thick & Vertical frames shall be made of MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick with side supports of suitable MS hollow sections of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 3.5 mm thick at both ends .Weld mesh panels made of Galvanzed MS wire to be provided (Mesh wire - Diameter 3.0 mm, having mesh size 25 mm X 25 mm (WxH, +/- 2 mm). The gate shall be provided with suitable wheels for less noise operation. The bearings used shall be of reputed make or as recommended by the OEM. The overall dia of wheels shall not exceed 300 mm dia. The trolley gate must be designed such that it shall be able to move manually along the full travel path by manpower in case of motor breakdown or power failure. Painting of gate shall be done with approved color & make of synthetic enamel paint by applying 2 coats of enamel paint and 2 coats of red oxide primer etc complete as required. |

The motorized system shall include the following minimum components and scope as per technical speciifcations:(i) Motorized drive unit having a minimum rated capacity of 5 HP (3.7 kW) or higher, as required to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the trolley gate suitable for working on 230 V single phase or 415 V , 3 Phase, 50 Hz supply. - 01 Nos(ii) Outdoor type , motor starter panel. which includes manual push-button control (ON/OFF) and be fully equipped with all necessary internal accessories, including contactors, over-load relays, and protection devices for the motorized gate system.- 01 Nos(iii) Remote control unit (Suitable frequency) ‐ 2 nos (1 working + 1 standby) for remote operation having working range up to 100 mtr etc complete etc as required. - 1 Job(iv) Four no. LED based flash light with buzzer shall be installed over the gate. Radium reflector to be provided in each gate written as \\"STOP\\" with suitable nos ( not less than 6 nos) and Sizes of font not less than 300 mm complete as required - 1 job(v) All necessary control/power cabling between motor, starter panel and flash lights - 1 Job(vi) Foundation/ Frame work for installation of motor, starter panel , safety devices etc complete as required- 1 Job |
| 6 | Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for structural design of both motorized sliding gate including submission of detailed drawings, working / shop drawings. Structural design shall be got approved / vetted from Government college/ NIT / IIT before execution of work. Shop / working drawings may be got approved from Engineer‐in‐charge before execution of work. Any other details / design related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc. shall also be provided complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer‐in‐Charge. Cost of approval / vetting from Government college/NIT/IIT is covered under this item. |
| 7 | All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the entire trolly gate system includes gates, motor automation system with drives, wheels, bearings, chain sprouket / gear system, bottom track as provided under the main contract including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (Quarterly Visit) and unlimited breakdown maintenance as required as per good engineering practice, recommendation of the original equipment manufacturer, Oiling, greasing & replacement of worn out/ defective part (if required) and painting of trolley gate once in two years is also included in the scope of agency as per terms and conditions specified in special conditions of contract.(1 Job is equivalent to - AICMC of 1 Nos Trolley gate) (SITC cost: sumtotal of item no. 1 - 4) |
