| 1 | Design, engineering, fabrication, supply, and installation of an ornamental traditional Meghdambari (Royal Canopy) structure of height greater than 10 feet (measured from the finished base level to the top apex finial/Kalash), manufactured using high-grade Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP). The item includes an internal self-supporting structural core made of Mild Steel (MS) or Galvanized Iron (GI) framework (hollow pipes/tubes/channels) designed to safely withstand structural wind and dead loads at higher elevations. The outer ornamental cladding shall be comprised of hand-sculpted, factory-molded FRP panels with a minimum laminate thickness of 4mm to 6mm, formulated using premium unsaturated polyester resin, UV stabilizers, and chopped strand mat (CSM) glass fibers for maximum durability against environmental corrosion. The scope of work comprehensively covers: • Submission and approval of 3D architectural renders, structural stability certificates, and shop drawings before fabrication. • Execution of all intricate traditional relief carvings, architectural cornices, miniature pillars, arches, and a multi-tiered hexagonal/octagonal top dome/Chhatri matching historical Raigad-style heritage architecture. • Application of weather-proof, automotive-grade polyurethane (PU) primer and multiple coats of metallic-finish paints (gold, copper, or bronze finish) with an anti-fading UV-clear protective coat. • Rigid base anchoring using high-strength chemical anchor fasteners onto a concrete pedestal, complete with internal electrical conduits for concealed LED lighting/spotlights. • Provision of all necessary heavy-duty scaffolding, staging, material hoisting cranes, site safety setups, tools, and tackles required for working at heights above 10 feet. All work must be completed to a smooth jointless finish as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Providing, supplying, and fixing decorative FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Gaumukh (Cow Head) Water Spout, manufactured from premium quality UV-stabilized fibre reinforced plastic with smooth finished surface, weather-resistant coating, and suitable for outdoor installation. The Gaumukh shall be complete with water outlet connection, stainless steel fixing brackets, anchor fasteners, sealant, and all necessary accessories required for installation. The item shall be installed as per approved design, drawings, and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.
