Name of Work:- Repair and Renovation of various roads under Ward No 35 in Bhatpara Municipality under Pathashree Urban II .( List of 01 no roads are attached in Annexure I) (PART A)

1Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
2Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed. (c) By mechanical means (without milling machine) : Cold milling of Bituminous Pavement surface upto the required depth by mechanical means using milling machine, without disturbing the under laying layers, to proper line and level, cleaning the surface properly after milling and removing the loose materials, stacking the milled materials for re-use, necessary guarding, barricading & lighting, including hire charges of machinery, cost of fuel and labour and other incidental charges all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) For depth upto 100mm
3Fine Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand. Quality of sand is to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
4Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
5Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications. 6Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD Bar reinforcement in Bridge Foundation includin initialstraightening, straightening of coils bars, removal ofloose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at everyintersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading,carriage of all steel materials complete as perdrawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge .
7Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.
8First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. a) In 1:4 proportion.
9Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding /staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

11Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado, window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.
12Wet Mix Macadam Base Course: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
13Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with graded as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63 (2018),from BIS licensee manufacturer,with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks,as per CL. No.3.26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to the thickness of a paver block,as per Cl.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flectural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658, on the prescribed base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63) and completing the edge with cut blocks as per Cl. No.8.7 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction,levelling and filling up of the edge gaps. 80 mm thick. Grey.
14Supplying Eucalyptus-bullah piles at work site,including dressing and making one end pointed.(i) 150mm diameter
15Labour for driving Sal-bullah / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles.(i) 150mm diameter
16Coal tarring on wooden surfaces including cost of materials a) Double coat.
17Supply of fine sand supply at site
18Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.
19Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.
20Walling or roofing fitted and fixed complete with cut drum sheets including the cost of drums, cost of cutting drums and flattening the sheets and cost of necessary nails and screws.
21Supply & erection of informatory sign board having M.S Channels/Angles posts & 1.5mm thick M.S Sheet & synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including lettering complete.
