Frp Components Shall Have A Minimum Finished Thickness Of 3 Mm To 4 Mm. Frp Mural, Figures, 3D Letters And Decorative Works Shall Be Finished With Smooth Surface, Attractive 3D Design And High-Quality Colour Shades As Per Approved Drawing/Design, Weather Resistant, Uv Resistant, Durable, Free From Cracks, Pinholes, Air Bubbles And All Surface Imperfections.Fixing At Site Over A Frame Structure Made With Gi Ceiling Section/Inter /50 X 25 X 1.5 Thk. Aluminium Alloy Extrusion Hollow Section Wherever Required Fitted And Fixed Edge To Edge Horizontally As Well As Vertically With Angle Providing Extra Support Of Ms Hollow Section As Required Tied / Fasten To Reinforced Cement Concrete Wall Surface Using Screw / Fastener / Ms Cl Etc. Including Suitable Ms Steel Supporting Framework Fabricated From Appropriate Steel Sections Complete With All Brackets, Anchor Fasteners, Welding, Grinding And Anti-Corrosion Primer Wherever Required, And Finally Complete Finish With Exterior Grade Paint Including Figures As Per Design And Direction Of Engineering In Charge. The Finished Work Shall Be Installed True To Line, Level And Plumb In Accordance With The Approved Drawings & Directions Of The Engineer-In-Charge.

Aluminium alloy extrusion hollow section wherever required fitted and fixed edge to edge horizontally as well as vertically with angle providing extra support of MS hollow section as required tied / fasten to RCC wall surface using screw / fastener / MS clamp etc. including suitable MS steel supporting framework fabricated from appropriate steel sections complete with all brackets, anchor fasteners, welding, grinding and anti-corrosion primer wherever required, and finally complete finish with exterior grade paint including figures as per design and direction of Engineering In Charge. The finished work shall be installed true to line, level and plumb in accordance with the approved drawings & directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
