Name of Work:- REPAIR TO RCC CHAJJA / PARAPET / COLUMN / CEILING / PLASTERING, PLINTH PROTECTION FOR JCOS / ORS MD ACCN INCLUDING OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R (N) NO. I OF GARRISON ENGINEER (NORTH) SECUNDERABAD

1M&L Cutting down plants/trees of girth n exc 15 cm from roof tops/sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/soil/waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including reparing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying tree killer chemical and making good to suit the adjointing surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-0 or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto any height complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department.
2Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth with using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at 3 m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth sealed with sealing compound grade ‘A’ Complete all as specified and directed.
4M& L Walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L Rendering 20 mm thick CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed
6M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc., including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L RCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as chajjas similar articles with plain faces including demolition of damaged chajjas complete all as specified and directed.
8S&F TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm diaComplete all as specified and directed.
9M&L Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 centimetre in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L Welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 centimetre but not exceeding 5 centimetre in length and thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
11Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L Machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25mm thick over cement scredd base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishing inclduing over screed bed of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L Machine cut kota stone as in skirting / dado 20-25mm thick set and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, rubbing and polishig laid over and inclduing r backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L Removal of loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC structural members viz slab, beam, column and lintel etc by low impact hammer including removal of debris outside MD land. Cleaning the surface by high pressure water jet or by air blast and exposed reinforcement bars with wire brush and apply two coats of anti-rust protective chemical at suitable intervals all as per manufacturer's instructions to resist further deteoration of reinforcement bars , including use and waste form work and providing welded wire mesh size 100 x 100 mm of wire 3,and using spry gun pressure guniting in CM (1:3), 30mm thick finishing the guiniting surfaces in CM (1:3), 10mm including using water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface, and unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L Filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free ) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr fixit /Berger / Perma
16Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks old size in half-brick thick honey-comb walling, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
20Taking down cement plaster from brick/stone wall of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L Rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete or stone masonary surfaces including finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
22M&L Rendering 12 mm thick CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished the surface smooth and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
23M & L Rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches n exc 3 sqm each patch complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed
25M&L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed
26M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfacesof celings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
27M&L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primerover and including 3 mm thick wall putty in two layers complete all as specified and directed.
28M&L Making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.
29M & L Wire brush and cleaning any type over roof and chhajja top surface etc, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sq. m, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cu. m per sq. m, and lightly tampered (area of flashings, etc., shall be added to the roof area) complete all as specified and directed.
30M & L Providing, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
31Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc. laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
35M&L Glazed (Coloured) ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8 to 9 mm/ 450 x 350 x 8 to 9 mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including backing coat of 10 mm thick CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
36M&L 25 mm thick Precast cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies (measured solid), of size 60 x 60 cm or 60 x 90 cm including all mouldings and set in CM (1:4) and complete all as specified and directed.
