| 2 | Dis-assembling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200/1400mm, sweep, cutting & removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size / gauge and providing insulation by varnishing the winding, oiling and greasing, including replacing bearing and gun metal shaft if required including painting the complete fan and reassembling back testing complete:-Note :-(i) Cost of bearing shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.(ii) Working space if required, will be provided to the contractor for carrying out necessary rewinding/repair with in AGE E/M store yard premises.(iii) If wound fan found unserviceable within six month of rewinding, contractor will repair the same without any extra cost.(iv) Cost of machining work in body of ceiling fan by taking out worn out bearing, boring hole to accommodate ball bearing is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.(v) Cost of carrying ceiling fan from site to the workshop and refixing of the same after repair is included in this item and all T&P and vehicle cost will be born by the contractor in this regard(vi) Cost of shaft will be paid under appropriate item of schedule |
