| 5 | Deployment of Man Power for attending the Guest round the clock as and when necessary for the Rest Shed including maintaining the Booking Register etc. as per direction of EIC. |
| 6 | Deployment of Man Power for starting and shutt-up of Generator as and when required and filling up of the water tank by operating the valve of Rest Shade including maintaining the campus garden etc. as per direction of EIC. ( 18 Days x 12 Month = 216 days ) |
| 7 | Day to day operation and working maintenance of Babupara PHE Rest Shed by engaging component personnel. The work is to be carried out by egaging the following personnel: |

| 12 | Provisional cost for supply and delivery of Sanitary and Plumbing materials, electrical fittings, recharge of Dish TV Connection, AMC of Water Purification unit(Aquaguard),Dry cleaning of of bed cover,pillow cover, sofa cover, curtains, Diesel/Lubricants as per actual requirement of Generator consumption etc. (Cost of such will be reimbursed along with progressive bill(s) subject to submission of original Cash Memos/Vouchers) For period of 1(one) year. |
