Bids Are invited for Amc / Cmc Of Fire Detection, Fire Alarm, Fire Hydrant And Sprinkler System - Annual Maintenance Contract ( Amc ) Of Fire Fighting System ( Hydrant And Sprinkler ) And Addressable Fire Alarm System Installed At Tezu Airport :Fire Fighting System ( Hydrant And Sprinkler ):- Periodical Cleaning, Checking/Testing, Servicing, Attending Breakdown Calls Of Valves, Hose Boxes, Branch Pipes, Hose Reels, Hose Pipes, Nrvs, Pipe Lines, Pressure Switches, Electrically Driven Main ( Hydrant And Jockey ), Diesel Engine Pump Set, Centrifugal Pumps, Pumps Starter Panels, Air Cushion Tank, Pressure Gauges, Sluice Valves Etc. As Per Schedule Maintenance, Including Complete Documentation As Per Schedule Maintenance Of The Contract And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge.Addressable Fire Alarm System:-Periodical Cleaning, Checking/Testing, Servicing Of Multi-Criteria Detectors, Response Indicators, Manual Call Points, Control Panels As Per Schedule Of Maintenance, Attending Breakdown, Repairing & Replacement (If Required ), Including Complete Documentation As Per Schdule Maintenance Of The Contract And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge.Providing The Following Manpower For Proper Maintenance Of The Above Mention Systems:-(A) Skilled - 1 No. ( Working Experience In The Fire Fighting System And Fire Alarm System )(B) Unskilled ( Helper ) - 1 No.Manpower To Be Available On All Days Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays As Per Tender Specifications, Terms & Conditions. , Refilling And Testing Of Different Type Of Fire Extinguisher As Follows , Annual Maintenance Contract Of Novec 1230 Fire Suppression System Clean Agent-Based Flooding System Of Ups And Server Room In Terminal Building At Tezu Airport. , Replacement Of 2 Zone Conventional Fire Alarm Panel With Battery Polarity And Deep Discharge Protection Along With Batteries, Auto Dialler And Accessories Complete As Required
