| 14 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. Note:1) Dumping charges (if any) shall be borne by the agency and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 2) GPS photographs of the site(Before and After) at each cleaning day is to be submitted by the agency to the Engineer-in-charge for which nothing extra shall be payable and no payment will be made to the agency without submission of G.P.S photographs. 3) A penalty at double the agreement rate will be imposed on the agency for non-satisfactory cleaning & sweeping work, in addition to action as per other terms and conditions of the agreement. 4) Any challan from MCD, CPCB, DPCC, NGT etc. issued for non-cleaning/burning of garbage on the premises of the water body shall be borne by the agency/contractor at his own cost.5) Cleaning of rubbish/garden refuge shall be done on weekly basis. Agency shall maintain before and after photographs of said work for each waterbody. No extra amount shall be paid by DDA on this account.6) Clearing jungle, bushes and rank vegetation shall be done by agency in every 04 months and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Before and after photographs of the same is to be maintained by agency. No extra amount shall be paid by DDA on this account. |
