| 2 | Disconnect the electric line from the motor and keep the cable by covering with protective device and Lifting of the pump from the sump with the help of chain pulley and with necessary safety measure and kept it at the safe place on the pumping station |
| 3 | Dismanting the total pump-motor unit of the duct foot type submersible pump part by part such as cable gland ,motor cover,machanical seal,radial bearing,thrust bearing ,impeller ,rotor , shaft etc by using special tools & tackles and gas burner as required without damaging any spares. |
| 4 | Through checking of deffrent parts of submersible motor like shaft ,winding cable plug connection communication line oil chamber sensore etc. Including checking of control panel and other parts of submersible pump side as per directioof E.I.C |
| 5 | Measuring dimentions of damaged impeller with allowance for new pattern |
| 6 | Making pattern cosidering all shrinkage allowance for damaged impeller with proper blade angle & vane strictly as per sample |
| 7 | Preparation of necessary core and core box for casting arrangement |
| 8 | Preparation of mould with runner and riser arrnagement as required for pattern. |
| 9 | Arrangement of raw Cast Iron for necessary casting of the impeller. |
| 10 | Making CI casting of impeller pattern by necessary tools and tackles |
| 11 | Necessary fetling, dressing and chipping of newly casted impeller |
| 12 | Sand blasting of impeller casting to remove scaling and residual stress |
| 13 | Checking porosity ,blow holesand other casting related defect by ultrasonic testing and other suitable testing method. |
| 14 | complete machining like grinding,chamfering etc. of impeller as per sample and direction of E.I.c |
| 15 | Dynamic balancing of newly manufactured impeller for proper alignment. |
| 16 | Re-metalizing the worn out portion of the shaft & machining of the shaft as required |
| 17 | complete re fitting the pump with bearing ,bearing housing, impeller shaft, impeller jam nut and supply and fitting fixing of gaskets,washer,bolt etc.and other consumable article for smooth functioning of the pump unit |
| 18 | Lower down the whole pump unit assembly after checking the different newly fitted components like mechanical seal etc and connect the electric line in the starter panel & commission the pump unit. |
