2Type-1 Display Case – Continuous C-Shaped Linear Display(18m span, 2.2 m Height) Fabrication, supply and installation of continuous U-shaped museum-grade display case having an 18-meter horizontal run, comprising bottom pedestal of 0.8 m height made using MS armature of 25mm square pipe, braced with channels, angle sections, stiffeners, plates and anchors. Pedestal externally finished with 18mm exterior grade MDF(off-gassing type) with 1mm approved laminate. Above pedestal, vitrines fabricated using 10–12 mm laminated toughened extra-clear glass (5+5+1.5 PVB interlayer), height 1.4 m, fixed with engineered-wood runners (50×100 mm), powder coated brass fittings, silicone sealing, and concealed fixing channels. All joints polished and ground flush. Includes LED COB track lighting above as per exhibit needs. Complete with graphical vinyl labels, cleaning, protection and testing.
3Type-2 Display Case – Freestanding Floor-to-Ceiling Unit (13 sqm pedestal area + 2 sqm vitrine) Providing and installing a full-height freestanding display case with MS frame built-up structure from floor to ceiling, integrating pedestal opaque surfaces (13 sqm) using 18mm MDF/off-gassing board with 1mm laminate finish . Vitrine area of 2 sqm executed with 10–12 mm laminated toughened extra-clear glass supported on MS channels with brass hardware. Includes sealing, gasket work, anti-vibration pads, service routing, WPC/HDHMR internal carcass as required, and LED museum lighting integrated on the top frame. Vinyl-printed graphics included
4Type-3 Display Case – Wall-Extended Freestanding Vitrine Fabrication and installation of a wall-projecting display case having 10 mm thick toughened glass mounted vertically, supported on top and bottom via corian/exterior grade MDF pedestals fixed on an MS armature. Pedestal includes WPC backing where needed. MS supports fabricated with welded/bolted construction, zinc chromate primed and enamel-painted. Vitrine area approx. 6 sqm.
