Tender for Supply Of Safety Jackets And Anti Dust Goggles , Description , Safety Jacket As Per Specification At Annexure-2 , Anti-Dust Goggles As Per Specification At Annexure-2 , Note: (I) Safety Jacket: Price Range Per Unit (In Inr): Inr 760-800 Excluding Gst (Ii) Anti-Dust Goggles: Price Range Per Unit (In Inr): Inr 855- 900 Excluding Gst A) Best Quality And Branded Products To Be Offered With Sample And Price Quoted Should Not Be Beyond The Limit Of The Price As Mentioned Above. B) The Bidder May Quote For A Single Or Multiple Line Items As Applicable. It Is Not Mandatory To Quote For All The Items. C) If Any Bidder Wants Not To Participate/ Quote For Any One Of The Line Items, The Bidder Shall Put Zero (0) In The Price Bid Against That Line Item. A Financial Quote Of Zero Or Nil Is Treated As An Invalid And Non-Responsive Bid For That Line Item. D) Preferred Bidder Shall Be Evaluated Based On Selected Sample Against Each Item. However, In Case For One Line Item, Sample Of More Than One Bidders Are Selected Then The Preferred Bidder Will Be Evaluated Based On Lowest Offer Against That Line Item. E) Sample Should Not Be From The Old Stock. All The Samples To Be Submitted Must Be Of Latest Design And Manufacturing Batch Not Earlier Than 6 Months From The Date Of Issue Of Tender. Samples To Be Submitted In Full For Each Product As Indicated In The Technical Specification In Original Sealed Packet With Legible Manufacturing Details Indicating The Product Details, Specification, Mrp Without Any Tampering And Any Other Information From The Manufacturer. F) Order Shall Be Placed On Item Wise L1 Basis.
