5Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at ONIC, arrd compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.Rate as per SOR Agra Circle S.No 401
6Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to 15:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller. finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
7Providing and laying Spreading and compacting graded stone agrregate to wet mix mecadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriege of mixed materialby site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub /base course on well.
8Supply & Laying of I shaped (Zigzag) precast lnterlocking tiles of thickness 60 to 100mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50k9) lncluding 0.30mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. 80 mm (Rubber moulded coloured)
9Construction of Un-reinforced,plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clouse 1501.2.2,M-30(Grade)coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383,maximumsize of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm ,mixed in a concrete mixer of noty less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel ,laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges,steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing),spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes ,compacted using needle ,screed and plates vibrator and finished in continous operation including and constructional joints applying debonding strip,primer,sealant,near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joint,admixer as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days,cuiring compound (where specified)and water finished to lines and grades as per drawing and technical specification clouse 1501.(for Agra)
10Reinforcement Cemnet concrete (M-25) in Sub Structure omplete as per Drawing and Technical Specification Clouse 1500,1700 & 2100
11Steel reinforcement R.C.C work ready to use \\"cut and bend \\"rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and biding all complete upto plinth level.
12Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.
13Providing and applying Prime Coat with bitumen VG-10 on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of raod surface and spraying primer at the rate of .70 Kg/sqm using mechanical meanc
14Providing &laying dense garded bitumenous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with the bituminous VG-30 binder @4 percent by weight pf total mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with the hydrostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendam rolloers to achieve the desired compaction a per MoRT&H Specification Clouse 505 Complete in all respects.
15Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen ,pressure distriubutor @ 0.2kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.
16Providing & laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushesed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5% of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem rollers achieve the desired compaction as MoRT&H Specification Clouse 507 complete in all respects. (30mm Thick).
17Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflecturing glass beads@ 250 gm persq. mtr. Area thickness 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per !RC- 35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
18Supply & Fixing ofraised pavement markerwith made ofPlastic body of RPM/R?ad Stud Shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrfle) or HIPS(High-lmoact Polystyrene) orAcrylonitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face. Lenses shall be mould of methyl methecrylate confirming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35-+-1-5 degree to base and the area of each retro reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & width shall not exceed 130 mm.The base of the marker shall not be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy installations.excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the payment and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immedietly removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for staisfactory field performance including stipulated retro reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of refelective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged, get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost.
