GST on the above rates shall be extra (at actual) prevailing at time of placement of order, in consonance with the change in law clause (wherever applicable). Department placing the work order are requested to ascertain themselves of the applicable GST and incorporate the same in the work order/purchase order. 2. All payments towards GST to the bidder will be made in INR to their GST account in India for which necessary details of their Indian bank account to be provided. 3. Payment towards mobilisation / demobilisation charges shall be as per actual against submission of documentary proof, limited to charges quoted by the bidder in price format. 4. Payment towards Lodging & boarding charges shall be as per actual against submission of documentary proof, limited to charges quoted by the bidder in price format. In case ONGC provides accommodation in guest house / hotel as per availability, no payment shall be made on this account. 5. Payment towards Local Transportation charges from ONGC base to site shall be as per actual against submission of documentary proof, limited to charges quoted by the bidder in price format.
