| 1 | Labour & T&P for cutting of grass by mechanically operated slasher where ever required including removing of material obtained from cutting & cleaning (both side) upto 1000 mtrs from the concrete edges complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) Contractor will arrange at his own mechanical slasher(set of minimum two tractor & two Jungle Jeem) with POL & MT driver. The mechnical slasher will be operated from 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, including lunch break of half hour at mid day, every day in week, days excluding Sundays & holidays. Minimum out put of one mechnical slasher will be 4000 Sqm (Grass cut clear area) in a day, If the contractor will not arrange his own mechanical slasher(set of min two tractor & for Jungle Jeem with POL & MT driver, then double the unit rate as quoted recovery will be levied . |

Note : Contractor will arrange at his own bush cutter minimum 02 Nos per day with POL & operater . The bush cutter will be operated from 10:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs , including lunch break of half hour at mid day , every day in week days excluding Sundays & holidays minimum out put of one bush cutter will be 250 Sqm ( Grass cut clear area) in a day.If the contractor will not arrange his own bush cutter min 02 Nos per day with POL & operater, then double the unit rate as quoted recovery will be levied. |
| 3 | Scrapping the grass and deposited soil from the both edges of PTT / links manually by shovel, hoe or scrapper etc. and cleaning of concrete portion by brooming complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for arrangment of approved earth (soft soil) from out side of MoD land and forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 25cm thick as required at site, watering, ramming and rolling by penumatic roller of static/power roller cap 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M&L for scraping & preparation of new/old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavements surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings with one coat of water thinable/matt finished road marking retro reflective paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE using mechanical pavement marking machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) complete all as specified and directed. Make: Apcotrack manufactured by Asian paints/ Berger/Nerolac (1st quality). Note:- Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40 micron (Dry film thickness) for each coat after application. Specification of the machine is as under:- Graco line lazer 5900 /7900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (HP) : 160 (5.5) and maximum tip size : 0.043 or Graco line lazer 200 HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine CC (HP) : 200 (6.5) and maximum tip size : 0.047. |
