2The work comprises dewatering, cleaning, disposal of garbage material, repair, and restoration of Adisor Pond by deploying suitable machinery, equipment, manpower, and all allied arrangements required for successful completion of the work.--> The contractor shall dewater the pond using suitable mechanical pumps and discharge their water through pipes, hose reels, or any other approved arrangement into the nearby nallah or designated disposal point. Adequate precautions shall be taken to ensure that the discharged water does not cause inconvenience, flooding, damage or nuisance to adjoining areas or the public.--> Dewatering shall be carried out in a phased and controlled manner to faciliate the safe shifting of fish and other aquatic species to suitable locations without causing harm to the ecosystem.The shifting is to be done by the contractor & necessary permission from concern authorities to be taken by him.--> After complete dewatering, , the contractor shall remove all accumulated mud, silt, dirt, vegetation, bushes, trees, plastic waste, garbage, debris, and other unwanted materials from the pond using suitable machinery such as JCBs, hydraulic excavators, dumpers, tractor-trolleys, and other required equipment.
3--> The contractor shall prepare temporary earthen ramps/slopes wherever required to facilitate safe movement of machinery from the ground level into the pond and vice versa. Adequate safety measures shall be adopted during excavation and operation of machinery to ensure the safety of workmen, equipment, and the general public.--> The contractor shall deploy adequate numbers of skilled and unskilled labourers, supervisors, machine operators, and all other personnel required for timely and satisfactory completion of the work.--> The contractor shall transport and dispose of all excavated mud, silt, debris, garbage, and other waste materials at the designated dumping yard of Gandhidham Municipal Corporation (GDMC). No material shall be dumped at any unauthorized location.
4--> During execution of the work, the contractor shall maintain cleanliness of the surrounding area and comply with all environmental protection measures, labour laws, safety regulations, and instructions issued by the Corporation and other statutory authorities.--> Upon completion of cleaning operations, the contractor shall dismantle the temporary earthen ramps/slopes created for machinery movement and transport the excavated earth to the designated GDMC dumping yard. The pond and surrounding area shall be restored to their original condition.--> After completion of cleaning, all necessary repair works to the pond, including repairs to the bottom slab and side slopes, crack filling, concrete repairs, patchwork, and any other incidental civil works required to make the pond watertight and serviceable, shall be carried out. All concrete repair works shall be properly cured for a minimum period of seven (7) days.
5--> On completion of the entire work, the pond shall be handed over to the Corporation in a clean, safe, orderly, and fully usable condition.--> The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of all labour, machinery, pumps, fuel, transportation, lifting equipment, safety devices, barricading, consumables, temporary works, disposal charges, curing, supervision, taxes, and all incidental expenses necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.
6--> Site Visit: Tenderers are advised to visit and thoroughly inspect the site before submitting their bids to fully understand the nature, extent, and working conditions of the project. No claim whatsoever on account of site conditions, foul smell, water quality, quantity of sludge, scope of work, accessibility, or any other unforeseen condition shall be entertained after submission of the tender or during execution of the work.
