4Brick work in In Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x70mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge

6Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

8Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

10Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means
11Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
12Pointing with Cement Mortar 1:3 to Full Depth of Tiles (Marble Slabs, Pressed Tiles, Ornamental Tiles) , etc., complete complying as per the standard specifications
13Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8 mmand variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
14Old Terrace Screed Repair with UV Resistant Waterproof coating below 500 Sq.mProviding and Applying high perfomance solar reflective & Acrylate silicon based Waterproofing coating which is single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 2N/ mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break≥ 200%, Abrasion resistance 21mg confirming to ASTM D 4060 and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat diluted with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading @0.125 L/m2 as self-priming coat in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
15Old Terrace tile surface repair with UV Resistanthybrid waterproofing coatingProviding and Applying Polyurethane hybrid liquid applied GRIHA certified Waterproofing coating with flutyne protection technology, single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof having Tile or any non-porous surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm glass fibre mesh 4N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 300% and Crack bridging ability up to 3mm, SRI Index 106 as per ASTM E 1980- 01, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390- 8:2019, including surface preparation, priming the surface with single component high-performance waterborne tile primer which is suitable for non - porous surface at a rate of 0.14 L/m2 and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.
16Fabricating, Supplying and fixng in position of steel glazed window (Two Leaves )with the following specifications. Outer frames of windows made of 'Z' section F7D of size 33 x 25 x 3mm at 1.419 kg/ m and mullion 'J' section (F4B) of size 46x25x3mm at 2.28kg/m and shutter section of made of F7D of 33x25x3mm at 1.419 kg/m as specified in IS 7452/1990. Each openable shutter should not exceed a width of 600mm to enable separate operations and easy maintenance. The panel of the shutters to be covered with 3mm thick pin headed glass and fixed with 15x12mm teakwood beading of superior quality and fixed with shutter frames.2 numbers of Steel Offset Pivot hinges of size 3\\" and one number of handle to be fixed to each shutter interval not exceeding 100mm edge between them. All members are painted with one coat of anti-corrosive red oxide primer as directed by the departmental officers.All sections should be in confirmed with IS 7452/1990.The cost includes cost of all materials, labour charges and other incidental charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
17Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un- plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections.Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside.Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lamInstallation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.
18The supply and installation of uPVC partitions with doors shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 74mm x 60mm x 56mm, a shutter of 104mm x 60mm x 66mm, a mullion of 72mm x 60mm x 36mm, a glazing bead of 35mm x 18mm, a 20mm multi-chambered hollow uPVC panel section of 150mm x 20mm, and a uPVC panel bead of 19mm x 16mm. All profiles of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, where required, with 1mm thick GI steel sections. The door will be equipped with 3D hinges for enhanced weight holding capacity, and security devices such as multipoint lock systems with a cylinder lock facilitated handle, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing or uPVC panels shall be 5mm thick Plain Toughened or uPVC panel grip, held by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets. All corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring the finished products are free from sharp edges. The complete units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame using high-quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and the frame for a leak- proof installation and completion etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.
19Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of \\"U\\" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
20Supplying & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Door, Fame extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The Single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supplying & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk density of 550KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter. The WPC door shall be fixed on to the WPC frame with 3Nos. of 5’’ SS Hinges and the door shall have 2 towerbolt on one side and 1 tower bolt or aldrop on other side for locking system and 2 Nos. of handle on the either side of the door shutter, all made of aluminium. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labours, conveyance and fixing in position with all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer.
21Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
22Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
23Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
24Painting the Old wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
25Painting Old wood work with Two coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
26Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
27Supplying and fixing in position 15mm dia brass CP screw down tap / Pillar tap / Swan neck tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)
28Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3 (2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - External water supply above ground level / Below ground level.
