Valve Gate / Disk Base Material - Stainless Steel Grade 400 Series (Ss 410/420/430/440 Etc). Micro-Hardness Of The Carb Clad/ Tribo.Sol Coated Surface On Disk Should Be Minimum ≥1400 Hv. The Sealing Area On The Disk Should Have A Surface Finish Maximum 3.0 Ra. Valve Seat Base Material - Steel Grade Astm A36, Is 2062 Grade Or Equivalent. Micro-Hardness Of The Carb Clad/ Tribo.Sol Coated Surface On Seat Should Be Minimum ≥1400 Hv The Sealing Area On The Seat Should Have A Surface Finish Of Maximum 3.0 Ra. Gate Resting Plate Base Material - Steel Grade Astm A36, Is 2062 Grade Or Equivalent.
