| 15 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Organic Waste Composting System with 1 set (2 Nos) composting module of minimum processing capacity 750 Kg per day suitable for aerobic composting of segregated biodegradable waste comprising modular composting units fabricated from FRP corrosion resistant material complete with aeration arrangement, leachate collection system, blower assembly, ducting, access doors, lids, supporting framework, bio-culture dosing arrangement, sensors, monitoring equipment and all associated accessories complete.The system shall broadly comprise the following: |
| 16 | (a) Composting modules designed for daily handling of not less than 750 Kg segregated wet waste generated from kitchens, dining halls, residential areas, gardens and allied establishments. Each composting module shall have overall dimensions not less than 4.50 m (L) × 2.00 m (W) × 1.40 m (H) or equivalent volumetric capacity suitable to achieve the specified processing capacity.b) Composting chambers fabricated from corrosion resistant material having adequate structural strength and weather resistance suitable for outdoor installation. The composting modules shall be fabricated from minimum 5 mm thick FRP panels or equivalent corrosion-resistant material having adequate structural strength and weather resistance for outdoor installation.(c) Forced aeration arrangement comprising electrically operated blowers, aeration ducts/pipes and air distribution network to ensure aerobic decomposition of organic waste. Internal surfaces shall be reinforced with FRP ribs or equivalent structural members having width not less than 200 mm and provided with aeration perforations of minimum 8 mm diameter or equivalent arrangement to ensure uniform air distribution. Aeration arrangement shall comprise electrically operated blower(s) of capacity not less than 1.5 HP, operating at approximately 2900 RPM and capable of delivering airflow not less than 2000 m³/hr or equivalent. Aeration ducting shall be fabricated from FRP or equivalent corrosion-resistant material and shall have cross-sectional dimensions not less than 150 mm × 110 mm or equivalent hydraulic capacity. Aeration pipes/ducts shall be arranged to ensure uniform distribution of air throughout the composting mass.(d) Leachate collection and drainage arrangement complete with collection chamber, drain valves and piping for safe disposal/reuse of leachate. The base of the composting unit shall comprise a leachate collection arrangement with bottom tank of depth not less than 100 mm, complete with perforated flooring and drainage arrangement for collection and disposal/reuse of leachate(e)Access doors/openable covers for loading, unloading, inspection and maintenance of composting units. Each composting module shall be provided with not less than 06 Nos. access doors for inspection, loading and unloading operations complete with suitable locking arrangements. Doors shall be reinforced with metallic framing of thickness not less than 2 mm or equivalent structural arrangement. Each composting module shall be provided with not less than 06 Nos. top loading lids fabricated from FRP of minimum 3 mm thickness or equivalent.(f) All hinges, handles, fasteners and hardware exposed to weather shall be fabricated from stainless steel or equivalent corrosion-resistant material.(g) Electrical control panel complete with starters, protection devices, internal wiring, interconnections and safety features.(h) The composting system shall be capable of producing stabilized compost/manure under aerobic conditions without generation of objectionable odour and shall comply with the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2026 and FCO. |
| 17 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy-duty Organic Waste Shredder suitable for shredding biodegradable municipal solid waste such as vegetable waste, fruit waste, food waste, leaf waste and other organic waste generated from kitchens, messes, canteens and residential establishments, having minimum processing capacity of 400–500 Kg per hour and driven by electric motor of minimum 5 HP rating complete with feeding hopper, shredding chamber, cutting blades, discharge arrangement, base frame, control panel and all accessories complete. |
