The payment will be made for the services rendered as quoted above. 3.0 Bidder is required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST all other taxes and duties as applicable on the schedule date of submission of the Bid and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility in this regard. 4.0 *Air Fare Charges to be paid on actual basis upon submission of documentary proof. 5.0 In case, the quoted information related to various taxes and duties subsequently proves wrong, incorrect, or misleading: 5.(a) ONGC will have no liability to reimburse the difference in duty/tax, if the finally assessed amount in on the higher side. 5.(b) ONGC will have the right to recover the difference in case the rate of duty/tax, if the finally assessed amount in on the lower side. 6.0 It is the responsibility of the contractor to arrange transportation of their men, tools, spares etc., up to ONGC, Well service, Sivasagar office. ONGC shall arrange transportation up to site. 7.0 The bidder is requested to fill in the unit rates in cells D3 and D4 (highlighted in yellow) and the GST rate in cell F3 (highlighted in yellow).
