| 1 | Repairing of Voltage Stabilizer of 100 KVA capacity installed at LIS Langer by disconnecting of Voltage Stabilizer from main power supply. Opening and removing top cover cum panel of stabilizer,by loosening top cover after untightening rusted nuts and bolts by using gas cutter. Extraction of damaged windings of one phase (coil) out of oil tank and transport that coil to the workshop. Complete rewinding of the coil using copper wire of superior quality. Placing the rewinded coil in oven for sufficient time to remove any moisture from it. Repairs to the regulators of the stabilizer by dismantling of the regulator from frame. P/F of new Bakelite plate of suitable rating and thickness. Boring and finishing of plate as per sample of the regulator and P/F of new contacts G.M. duly faced and turned for 8 Nos. tapings points connecting leads & checking with the meters. Draining out the T.oil from the tank and putting in the barrel for filtration(approx 110L), then heating with the heater coils completely for two to three days to make it completely moisture free, cleaning & drying of the tank and refilling with boiled oil after checking its IR value. Also topping up with 90 Itrs. of transformer oil. Re-fitting of stabilizer frames and coils with regulators after necessary updating, jobs including insulations of wire strips. Connecting regulator & transformer by replacing old worn out insulation with new and P/F of sleeves. Lowering complete unit in tank after P/F of leak proof gasket and body bolts, nuts and washers.Providing and fitting of 200 amps New main switch after extracting of old/ damaged one. Connecting power cables and testing commissioning etc. Job included charges for material, transportation charges, charges for skilled & semi-skilled labour etc. Complete Job.
