Name of Work:- A/R & M/O to various roads under PWD Division NWR-2 during 2026-27. (SH: Improvement ROW, pedestrian crossings and providing of jersey barriers at various roads under Sub-Division NWR-22.)

2Precasting and placing in position 125 mm dia Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources), including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/concrete pavement at specified spacing.
3Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete.Note:- In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.All works up to plinth level: Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of @ 220 kg/cum).
4Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.All works up to plinth level: Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum
5Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).
6Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red Area of slab over 0.50 sqm
7Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) :Red sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing.50 mm thick.
8Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
9Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work
10Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work.
11Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).
12Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
13Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
14Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
15Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
16Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
17Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
18Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
19Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).
20Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
21Modified estimated cost after using correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST @ 0.973 (Vide office memorandum issued from CPWD vide E-file No. 9158977 dated 08.08.2024)
22Providing and Placing in position factory made machine batched and machine mixed precast reinforced cement concrete crash barrier/ Jersey Barriers in required design and size of M-30 grade cement concrete including cost of centering,shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade at maximum @ 150 mm centre to centre on both ways (minimum steel reinforcement 45 kg per cum) , and providing 2 nos. rope hooks at both ends including jointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) on both sides with or without grooves (thickness of joints shall not be more than 5 mm) ,making drainage opening wherever required, and cost of transpotation, placing, erection, handling at site for all leads and lifts etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Crash/Jersey Barriers of size 3045 mm x 900mm x 610 mm )
23Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and fixing over 20mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

25Providing and installing retro-reflective Single Sided Mandatory/Cautionary/Warning/Shoulder mounted/Gantry/ Cantilever signboards comprising of customised modular MS hollow section frame work, 4mm thick aluminum composite panel (ACP) mill finished or PVDF coated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The horizontal and vertical members of the MS frame shall be made of a MS hollow section of size 50x50x3.6mm . No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diagonally with same section. The aluminum composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4 mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminum on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded up to half of the width of side edge and fixed on the MS frame with VHB tape 25 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front face of the ACP, Micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of ASTM: D 4956-09 of white colour shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro - cut transparent film of approved colour, border and symbol etc. with 10 years warranty to create a desired road sign and information message. The rear side of the MS frame shall be covered with balancing ACP sheet of the same description as mentioned above and shall be fixed in similar manner as described above. The edges of the board shall be covered around with powder coated die cast extruded aluminium channel of required colour and shade of size 68X12X2 mm. The channel shall be fixed using two rows of double sided VHB tape of above description. The channel shall further be secured by pop rivets having SS mandrel of 5 mm dia at junctions and corners. Labels/QR code to be printed on signage at bottom right side corner (2\\" X 2\\") with details like name of manufacture, date of Manufacturing , code of reflective sheeting used, warranty etc. Note:- The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment.
