Note : 1. Accessories found unserviceable, if any shall be replaced & paid under respective items of BOQ. 2. Contractor's supervisor or contractor shall collect the complaint slips from power house as directed. 3. All the T&P and equiipments to facilitate to execute the work shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 4. Complaints of street/flood lights shall be done within two days and complaint slip shall be deposited to JE E/M immediate after completion the complaint. |

Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. |
