For Weddings: *Jaimala* Made Of 02 Rose Flowers; For *Nikah*: *Sehra* And *Bela*/*Chameli* (Jasmine) Flowers. 3 Turban/Safa (For The Groom). 4 Honorarium/Remuneration For The *Pujari* And *Maulvi* To Conduct The Wedding Ceremony; Provision Of Adequate *Vedi*/*Kund* (Sacrificial Fire Pits)—One For Every 03 Couples—At The Venue. If There Are 100 Or More Couples, The Presence Of The Minister-In-Charge At The Event Is Mandatory. 5 6 Decoration: Grand And Attractive Decoration Of The Stage And Marquee (Pandal). 7 8 Two To Four Large Screens At The Event Venue. An Attractive Floral Entrance Gate At The Venue, Displaying A Banner Related To The Event. 9 Arrangement For Public Address Systems/Sound Boxes/Microphones. 10 Banner For The Stage Displaying The SchemeS Name, Photographs Of The StateS HonBle Chief Minister And Minister-In-Charge, And The Names Of Distinguished Guests. 11 Arrangements For Refreshments For The Bride, Groom, And 10 Accompanying Persons From Each Side. (Items: 2 Samosas, 2 Sweets/Barfi, 1 Piece, 50G Chips, 500Ml Water Bottle, 250Ml Cold Drink/Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee Depending On The Season). Note: After Biometric/Facial Attendance, 20 Refreshment Packets Will Be Provided To The Couple; Beverage Stalls (Serving Sherbet/Shikanji/Tea/Coffee Based On The Season) Should Also Be Set Up. 1500 12 Arrangements For A Meal For The Bride, Groom, And 10 Accompanying Persons From Each Side. (Menu: Dal, Rice, Roti, Puri, Kachori, Dry Vegetable Dish, Mixed Veg, Paneer Dish, Salad, Dessert Like Rasgulla/Kheer/Halwa, Chowmein, Etc.) Note: For An Event With 100 Couples, A Minimum Of 10 Food Stalls Must Be Set Up, With At Least One Stall Reserved For Female Guests. Separate Arrangements Should Be Made For The Meals/Refreshments Of Invited Dignitaries. For The Bride, Groom, And 10 Accompanying Persons From Each Side... In Accordance With Government Directives, Arrangements For The Distribution Of Fresh And Hygienic Food Must Be Made By Setting Up An Adequate Number Of Stalls To Ensure That Attendees Do Not Face Any Inconvenience. For This Purpose, Each Couple Should Be Provided With Lunch Packets Along With 23 Food Coupons. 13 Provision Of Boondi *Ladoos* (Specific Quantity In Kg) Separately For The BrideS And GroomS Parties, Supplied In Selected Bamboo Baskets With Handles, Covered With Yellow Transparent Wrapping. 14 Provision Of Covered Baskets Containing Dry Fruits Separately For The BrideS And GroomS Parties (Each Basket To Contain 500G Almonds, 250G Walnuts, 250G *Makhana* [Fox Nuts], 500G Raisins, And One Whole Dry Coconut). 15 Arrangement For Videography Of The Entire Event From Start To Finish. 16 Installation Of A Large Hoarding By The Roadside At The Venue (Displaying Details Such As Eligibility Criteria And The Application Process). 17 18 Color Printing Of The Marriage Certificate On High-Quality Paper, Followed By Lamination. Arrangements For Other Miscellaneous Requirements, Such As Refreshments/Meals For Distinguished Guests, Cultural Programs, Etc
