1SITC of MGPS pipe of medically grade as per BSEN-13348 with third party certification from Lloyds/TUV degreased [ie free from oil, grease and particulate matters) seamless copper pipe confirming to ASTM B88 and all copper joining done by brazing with AWSA5.8, classification BCuP-5 or BS 1845 following procedure in accordance with ASTM B828 after purging with nitrogen. All pipe cutting shall be carried out with a radial pipe cutter and copper pipe fitting's shall comply with B4 alloy designation. Adequate support shall be provided while laying pipeline testing shall be done at 17 bar and after testing pipe shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint as per colour codification as per ISO 7396-Part-1 2016.Thisd partyTest reportshall be submitted. all as per approved by Engineer in charge.
2SITC of non lubricated ball type nicel Coated Isolation Valve with adapter & PTFE Seat having quarter turn / Butterfly handle opening of following sizes suitable fo flow capacity of required LPMas per the size of valve at 4.7 bar with maximum allowable pressure of 30 bars and suitable for working temperature renging - 20 °C to 130 °C. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All a per approved by Engineer in charge.

9SITC of Gas outlet point (AR -4), (AR - 7) and vaccum (8.7 Psig) for disPensing medical gases [oxygen/air/VaccumJ at point of use confirming to BSEN ISO 9170-1:2008. The gas outlet are quick connect type. it should have colour coding for dieffrent gas source and should accept only respective adapters as required.
10SITC of BPC (back pressure compensated) flow meter with Humidifire made of nickei plated body. Double jacketed with flow gradations CE Marked on it. Desired flow will be setteided through rotary knob. Flow range shuld be between 0 to 15 lpm & work should be executed as per direction of engineer in charg. Appreoprite Test Certificate / report of product /accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified/ CE Marked.
11SITC of ward suction unit (Sution Controller and Collevtion Jar - 600 ml caapicity) with posibility to configure required capcity collection Jar and should meets the reuirements as per BSEN ISO 10079-3:2009. The unit must designed to operate with the vaccum line of MGPS. The collection jar must accumpained with Vaccum regulator suitable for 0-14.7 psig with flow rate 0-55 lmp (min)for operating tempurature - 18 °C to 50 °C with ON/OFF facility. The collection Jar should be transparent, made of hogh quality polycarbonate that can be autoclaved at 121 °C for 20 minuts for reuse and provided with auto stop to avoid over spill and contamination of the suction source when the jar collection reached optimized level. The completer unit supplied with filter to protect the source and pipe line from baceterial contamination. Appropriate Test Certificate / report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted . The Product shpuld be CE Certificate / CE marked

27SITC of Automatic Gas Control Panel for Each oxygen/Nitrous 0xide - Control Panel .out made for M.S. duly Powder coated. Compact and fully automatic manifold control Panel cover made of M.S. duly power coated. Compact and ffully automatic manifold control system for Oxygen service. Easy to maintain and use. Designed with both safety and continuity of flow supply at a constant pressure via two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status monitoring. A -Bank in use [Green Indicationi f - EmPW bank [Red Indication). Control Panel should have built in LED display to indicate Normal, High & Low line pressure. It.should have facility to test all above indicators working perfectly. the control panel should include pressure gauge to indicate the gas pressure of each header and pipe line distribution pressure.
