| 2 | M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 4 | M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.30 litre/ sq.m including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.
