| 1 | Attending, repair of internal and external water supply complaints in Old Navy Nagar, New Navy Nagar and Rashi area ,repair, replacement of unserviceable bib tap,stop cock, removal of airlock,tightening of leaking pipes/valves ,repair to concealed pipe line/open pipe line, Complaints of Raw water pipe line and fittings in Old, New Navy Nagar, Rashi area and outlaying area and other work pertains to internal water supply all as directed.Note:(a) Major items required to be replaced will be measured and paid separtely under revelant schedule.(b) Complaints should be taken from complaint cell or also through telephone by JE E/M and AGE W/S by your representative every day including sunday and holiday.(c) Complaints should be attended immediately and shall report the JE E/M / Engineer-in-charge after completion within 6 Hours. (d) In case the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within a period of 6 hours then the same shall be brought to the notice of the GE/ AGE W/S and the period for the completion of the complaints shall be decided by the GE/Engr-in-charge.(e) Contractor representative /Engineer will report to JE E/M in charge or AGE E/M at forenoon and afternoon to collect routine urgent works till completion of the CA .(f) The transportation /T&P required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost will be paid for the same.(g) Contractor should provide sufficient number of regular team of professional plumber for attending complaints and their rectifications |
