| 2 | Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/ floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as specified and directed.Note :(i) This item includes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/ kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved, up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose.(ii) In case the blockage reoccurs in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repetitive cleaning.
